Online Seminar on “Best Practices on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education”
In the framework of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Education Process, the Expert Group (EG) on Digitalisation organised on 5 November 2024 an online seminar on “Best Practices on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education”. The seminar was jointly hosted by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), chair of the EG on Digitalisation, and the ASEM Education Secretariat, following up on the EG’s first online seminar “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Learning & Teaching in Higher Education” held in November 2023.
During the seminar, the following speakers from Asia and Europe represented both, the student and teacher perspective on best practices for the use of AI-based tools in higher education settings:

- Prof. Dr. Carlos Delgado Kloos, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain
The seminar was moderated by Ruben Janssens, Ghent University, Belgium.
