Please welcome our new colleague Emilie Degueldre, who will replace David Urban as representative of the Belgian French-speaking community within the ASEM Education Secretariat (AES). From February 2020 onwards, she will assist her Flemish counterpart, Nadia Reynders, in the daily running of the AES until the end of the Belgian mandate.
Before joining the AES, Emilie has worked for a couple of years as a freelance conference interpreter for a wide range of international and European actors and organisations such as the European Commission and the International Labour Organisation. She speaks four languages (French, English, Dutch and German) and has experience in project management and organising multi-stakeholder meetings.
