Ministers for (Higher) Education from Asia-Europe Meeting countries, their delegations and representatives of ASEM Stakeholders will attend the 10^th Asia-Europe Meeting of Ministers for Education (ASEMME10) taking place in Bohol, Philippines, on 25 and 26 November 2026.

This Ministerial meeting will be focused on the theme: “Sustainability and Solidarity: Navigating Our Future Together through Asia-Europe Higher Education Cooperation”. There will be high-level keynotes and several Ministers’ roundtable sessions on 1. Blue Economy and Green and Digital Transitions, 2. Lifelong Learning and Inclusion and 3. Mobility and Recognition.

The host of the ASEMME10, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), will ensure that the original invitation letters will be sent through the diplomatic channels to ASEM partners’ Ministers.

Please note that, the event will be held in English.

This Ministerial Conference is preceded by the 2^nd Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM2) on 24 November 2026.
