Ministers for (Higher) Education from Asia-Europe Meeting countries and their delegations, the European Commision, the ASEAN Secretariat and representatives of ASEM Stakeholders will attend the 10^th Asia-Europe Meeting of Ministers for Education (ASEMME10) taking place in Bohol, the Philippines, on 25 and 26 November 2026.

This Ministerial meeting will be focused on the theme: “Sustainability and Solidarity: Navigating Our Future Together through Asia-Europe Higher Education Cooperation”. There will be high-level keynotes and several Ministers’ roundtable sessions on 1. Blue Economy and Green and Digital Transitions, 2. Lifelong Learning and Inclusion and 3. Mobility and Recognition.

The host of the ASEMME10, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), sent the invitation letters through diplomatic channels to ASEM partners’ Ministers.

This Ministerial Conference is preceded by the 2^nd Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM2) on 24 November 2026.
