In comparison with the other Priorities, the Fourth Priority has fewer initiatives. Therefore, the role of the\u00a0ASEM LLL Hub<\/a>\u00a0in leading the initiatives and putting forward recommendations to the next ASEMME is crucial. All ASEM partners are invited to work with ASEM LLL Hub to achieve shared goals in lifelong learning, including TVET. Also the the Working Group on Innovative Competences and Entrepreneurship Education, led by the Republic of Korea, provides a discussion arena for innovation and entrepreneurship experts and policy makers from ASEM partners and stakeholders. The Working Group has successfully finished its first phase (2013-2015) and entered the second phase (2015-2017), refining the concept of innovative competency and entrepreneurship skills.<\/p>\n
